At Sanbera, we see wellness as an evolving relationship with your body, your energy, your mind, and the ways you nourish yourself every day. As we prepare for our upcoming Sanbera x More live online event on Thursday, 29th May at 8 PM, hosted by Olivia, a personal coach and a guiding voice in intentional living and self-leadership - we sat down with Olivia to discuss her approach to intentional wellness, daily rituals, and the subtle power of choosing health with clarity and care.
This conversation is for anyone seeking a more grounded, gentle, and real-life approach to feeling better, not through extremes, but through steady practices and aligned support. Olivia shares how she supports others in reconnecting with their bodies and how Sanbera fits into her own personal wellness routine.
Let’s begin with something simple: what’s been feeling good in your daily life lately?
This might sound unusual to many people, but making more space for alone time in silence. As I question and detach from the standards and expectations of society and that constant need for entertainment, performance and doing, I have found a very quiet space within myself where I simply just sit with whatever crosses my mind or draws my curiosity. And weirdly enough, it’s seems to be exactly what I need right now.
You’ve supported many women in reestablishing their relationship with their body. What inspired you to begin this work?
My own pain. When you are in a place in life where things can’t really get worse, you are the only one who can make the choice to stay there or find a way out. It took everything I had left in me to choose to heal, understand myself and reconnect with my body, but it was also the most beautiful and honourable gift I could’ve ever given to myself.
How would you describe your definition of health today?
I wouldn’t define health as a goal or something static. It’s changing and evolving as we change and get older. To me, health is being so attuned to your body and to your emotions that you create an environment that supports exactly what your body, mind and heart need. It’s a life catered around your own and your body’s best interest – a place of total physical freedom and emotional peace.
You often speak about reconnecting with the body. What do you think gets in the way of that connection in modern life?
Modern life itself. The standards, the huge amount of stress, the need for perfection and the inability to stop and question “why am I doing this?” ; “How is all of it impacting my body?” and “What would happen if I choose myself instead?”
We’re so excited about our live event on May 29. What are you most looking forward to sharing during the conversation?
Bringing people together who might not know what “different” or “better” looks and feels like, but who deeply know that they deserve more.
How do Sanbera supplements support your wellness rituals?
Sanbera support me and my body in so many subtle ways. It’s an additional way to say “I love you” to myself – every morning and every evening.
So much thoughtfulness, care, quality, intention and effort have been put into Sanbera’s products. If you know me personally, you will know that I LOVE experiences. Moments that create something deep within me. Staring and ending my days with Sanbera have turned my simple routines into an precious experiences.
Are there any Sanbera products you’ve felt especially connected to?
The Nightly Reload has to be my absolute favourite Sanbera product. I wake up very early (usually 5-5:30am) and the quality of my sleep has always been one of my main priorities. Taking the Nightly Reload every evening after a nice shower, a hot cacao and my linen bedsheets has created an environment and an experience where I effortlessly drift into the most restful sleep.
In a space full of health trends and advice, how do you personally stay aligned with what works for you?
By trusting and choosing what is in my body’s best interest. No one knows better what you and your body need than yourself. ♡
What are your non-negotiables when it comes to feeling well in your body?
1. My daily movement, which can look like a workout or an easy 10-minute walk when I have a busy day.
2. High quality nutritious food
3. My Sanbera Supplements!
4. Consistent 7-8 hours of sleep
5. Staying away from all kinds of drama and maintaining strong boundaries
6. Letting go of everything I have no control over.
How do you guide your clients to make health feel nourishing, not stressful?
I teach them how to connect to their beautiful body so that their body teaches them what kind of environment they have to create for themselves, which will then support their version of health, peace and freedom.
What does “success” look like in your work — and in your life?
Success for me looks like the exact life I am currently living. My body is healthy and happy and my mind and heart are at peace because I made who I am, what I want and need for myself my biggest priority in life.
Success in my work manifests itself when I see the people I work with, choosing themselves without shame, justification or guilt – they choose themselves because that’s what they know they deserve.
If someone’s feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from their wellness routine, what’s one small place you’d suggest they start?
I would start by allowing myself to be completely honest with myself. Where does it hurt, what feels painful and why. I would take some time to myself to deeply feel into what is truly happening in my body and in my heart. The overwhelm and disconnection one feels comes from the need to run away from ourselves instead of running towards who we are and how we truly feel.
It’s the first (and most difficult) necessary step if you want to create a happier body, more peaceful mind and better life.
