With Caroline Germann

1. Caroline, can you describe how ballet shaped your relationship with your body and mind?

It taught me discipline, control, and grace, but also fed a perfectionism that sometimes made me feel not enough. Mentally, it built resilience and focus, yet also a harsh inner critic. Still, through movement, I found a way to express emotions I couldn’t put into words. Ballet challenged me—but it also revealed my strength.

2. You are not only a performer but also a coach. What drives you to teach, and how has coaching others shaped your perspective on movement and health?

Teaching lets me give back what ballet gave me—a deep connection to the body and a love for movement. Coaching isn’t just about technique; it’s about helping others build trust and confidence in themselves. It’s shifted my focus from perfection to presence, and shown me that true health is about balance—body, mind, and emotion.

3. Your lifestyle seems so intentional. What are some of the daily rituals or practices that keep you grounded and energized?

I’ve found that the small, intentional parts of my day keep me grounded. Morning ballet helps me reconnect with my body and focus my mind. Being in nature offers clarity, and time with my dog brings a kind of presence and joy that recenters me. These simple practices help me stay balanced, both personally and professionally.

4. Pilates, ballet, clean nutrition, how do these elements work together in your life?

Ballet, Pilates, and clean nutrition each play a role in how I care for my body. Ballet brings artistry and discipline, Pilates builds strength and balance, and nutrition supports it all from the inside out. Together, they help me stay aligned—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

5. You’ve been part of the Sanbera family for some time now. What drew you to Sanbera and our formulas?

What drew me to Sanbera was the brand’s thoughtful, holistic approach to wellness. The formulas are clean, intentional, and rooted in real science—something I truly value. As someone who prioritizes balance and well-being in every aspect of life, Sanbera’s commitment to quality and simplicity really resonated with me. It felt like a natural fit—not just as a product I use, but as a philosophy I believe in.

6. Is there a particular Sanbera product or ingredient that suits your needs?

Yes, I really connect with the Sanbera Daily Essentials Women. It’s become a key part of my daily routine—supporting my energy, immunity, and recovery, especially with the physical demands of ballet, Pilates, and coaching. I value ingredients like vitamin B12 and plant-based antioxidants because they align with my clean, vegan approach to health.

7. What do you think Sanbera supplements can do for your athletic peak performance, recovery, and restoration before and after your workout routine?

Sanbera supports my performance and recovery in a clean, effective way. It helps me stay energized, focused, and balanced during training—and supports faster recovery afterward. It’s a key part of staying strong and consistent, both physically and mentally.

8. Despite a world that celebrates extremes, you embody balance. How do you stay centered and true to yourself?

I stay grounded by tuning out the noise and listening to what my body and mind truly need. Movement, nature, and simple daily rituals keep me balanced in a world that often pushes extremes.

9. What advice do you offer your students, or anyone, who’s just beginning their wellness or movement journey?

Start small, stay consistent, and be kind to yourself. Progress isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, listening to your body, and finding joy in the process. Wellness is personal, and it’s okay to grow at your own pace.

10. Outside of the studio, what inspires you? Any books, artists, or moments of beauty you return to often?

Honestly, I get inspired by the little things—my beauty rituals, a cozy movie night, or just doing nothing and letting myself breathe. Nature always help me reset, but sometimes it’s the quiet moments that spark the most clarity.

11. Last but not least: what does beauty mean to you at this stage?

To me, beauty now is about presence and authenticity. It’s how I feel in my body, how I care for myself, and how I show up—with softness, strength, and intention.
